Archimedia Solutions Group is in search of a motivated, detail oriented, customer focused, individual to provide operational support to our sales team.

Position Profile:

As a Inside Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for managing sales support, overseeing the post-sale process, managing vendor relations, and assisting with sales analytics all within a fast-paced, professional environment.


  • Primary contact for sales team support
  • Maintain inventory levels and equipment pricing
  • Assist sales team with orders, quotes, and proposals
  • Follow up with customers on order inquiries
  • Communicate with customers post-sale regarding expectations and logistics
  • Request and thoroughly review customer site surveys
  • Manage vendor communications
  • Act as the primary contact for manufacturer-related inquiries
  • Oversee vendor rebates, discounts & other incentives
  • Manage Salesforce data and reporting
  • Track & analyze key performance metrics
  • Develop reports, presentations and spreadsheets as required
  • Assist with sales & marketing sales promotions

Requirements and Related Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or sales experience
  • Sales Force and Quick Books experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office – Excel, Word, Power Point
